Glenn Ray, a Louisiana Fire/Water Damage Contractor, Consultant for restoration dealing with Lead, Mold, and Asbestos, IICRC instructor for Water Damage Technicians, and LSU instructor in Building Sciences, will share what he has seen in relation to moisture in homes in Louisiana's wet climate. He will also discuss retrofitting measures that help mitigate moisture as well has how to make sure that standard retrofits do not become a moisture concern.
