Bigger than single family home buildings need the help of home performance contractors willing to grow their skills.  The bigger the building, the smaller the pool of contractors willing to diagnose them and repaired the failed weather barriers.  The opportunities this offers for energy reduction, climate change, creating comfort, and decreasing energy usage can be great.
