Jose Flores, ​has been in the weatherization industry for 27 years​, beginning his career as an installer of weatherization materials in homes. His dedication and expertise quickly led him to a crew lead position, followed by roles as an energy auditor/Inspector, lead inspector, and eventually a program supervisor.

With a strong background in both hands-on field and program management, Jose is committed to improving home energy efficiency and making a difference in the lives of those he serves. His passion for helping others, combined with his extensive experience, allows him to mentor teams and drive impactful projects and promote sustainability and energy conservation.

Outside work, Jose enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with his family and friends.
