Kiana Solomon, EFG’s Senior Project Manager, oversees day-to-day functions, manages the project team, coordinates communications with the CEO and other external parties, monitor project milestones, and develops contingency plans for potential delays or issues. Kiana supervises cross-functional project teams and manages project scope, project timeline, deliverables, and budgets, and conducts project reporting for internal and external tracking. With over 10 years experience, she has a detailed understanding of the intricacies of managing research, stakeholder facilitation, program design and piloting, and program implementation. She holds a Master of Public Health from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Pre-Med from Spelman College.
