Jeff Luoma is a manager with NEEP’s Technology Market Transformation team. He tracks market developments, identifies emerging trends, promotes partnerships, and provides information to assist decarbonization and energy reduction strategies for buildings through the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He coordinates quarterly meetings with Northeast market actors on commercial heating electrification topics. Jeff’s background includes working with New York State’s Clean Heat program, home energy auditing, CAP agency work, and weatherization work.
