Kerrielynn is a dynamic leader and project manager dedicated to innovation and community development. As the Program Coordinator for the R6 Regional Council (R6), she oversees projects supporting low-income households across central Utah, fosters stakeholder collaboration, and ensures program success.
She leads the Weatherization and Single-Family Rehabilitation programs and has spearheaded three newly awarded programs: TANF—Mitigation out of Poverty, S.T.E.P.S., the Department of Energy's SERC program, and HUD Aging-in-Place funds, which enhance energy efficiency and home safety. Her leadership has expanded community support and program impact.
Kerrielynn has implemented accountability systems that have earned state monitoring scores of 90+ for four consecutive years, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Since joining R6 in 2015, she has drawn on her private-sector experience as a project manager. In this role, she led large commercial and residential projects and managed contracts with national retailers like Lowe’s.
She is pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and plans to earn her MBA in June 2025 to further her impact.
Her resilience, strategic mindset, and commitment to community growth make her an influential force in program development and leadership.
