Heather Nolen

Heather Nolen enjoys working with AMF owners and managers to chart plans for carbon reduction, utility cost savings, improvements to resident comfort, and implement a training program focused on energy efficiency. For the past 11+ years, Heather has worked in the NYC market establishing long-term relationships with multifamily owners and managers, and creating an operations and maintenance training program focused on supers and building staff. She’s also helped properties understand the energy-focused local laws and has established that collaboration is key. Heather is a lifetime member of NESEA, where she has chaired both the NYC and Boston conferences, has BPI certifications, and speaks at local NYC events on energy topics.
