Carolyn Hill is the Deputy Director of the Weatherization Department at CEDA in Chicago, Illinois. She manages a team of intake, cost reporting, client relations, and file management specialists and supervisors. She holds an IHWAP Energy Auditor Certification and has presented several workshops focusing on Customer Service and Relations for the Home Performance Coalition, formerly Affordable Comfort Institute, and Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation. Carolyn has been a committee member of the Affordable Comfort Program Retreats and the Affordable Comfort Diversity Outreach Task Force.
She was featured in the Home Energy Magazine article, "Delivering Customer Service for Weatherization Clients." Prior to entering Weatherization, she maintained a successful career in the banking industry.
