Jessica Hughes is a Weatherization Program Support Specialist at CEDA, where she previously worked with energy assistance programs focusing on client relations and verifying applications. Before CEDA, she was a Personal Development Coach at a Community Action Agency in Central Illinois, where she promoted CSBG services and empowered families in the Head Start program. She is currently in her third and last year in a Community Development master's program, focusing on urban development and addressing community needs.
