Tamara Lowe, Director - Residential and C&I at ICF, is a senior leader with 22 years of professional experience, including 15 years in energy efficiency. She is renowned for delivering high-performance programs in energy efficiency, business development, account management, project/database management, program operations, and customer service and support. Her successful program delivery, combined with her extensive knowledge of corporate functions, rates, rules, and regulations, and her exceptional ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships, has resulted in outstanding customer satisfaction and strategic growth within New York and New Jersey portfolios. Tamara’s application of industry best practices and resources has fostered team development and successfully delivered crucial DSM and midstream programs and projects for utility clients nationwide.
Currently, Tamara is the ICF Portfolio Manager for the Con Edison Residential, Orange & Rockland, Rockland Electric Company DSM, and DR EE Portfolio. She has collaborated closely with Con Edison and Orange & Rockland for over six years, providing portfolio and strategic oversight for their Residential and C&I energy efficiency programs. Residing in New York City with her family, Tamara also serves on the AESP Mid-Atlantic Region Chapter (MARCh) board as an Events Director.
