Caitlin Peerson is the Workforce Development Manager at Earth Advantage, where she works with industry partners on programs that help prepare new workers for careers in sustainable and energy efficient construction. Caitlin has spent her career supporting empowering employment in the non-profit and clean energy sectors, and aims to make quality career opportunities accessible to people from frontline and traditionally under-represented communities. She is passionate about working with mission-driven organizations committed to social equity, environmental sustainability, and responsible management and specializes in program and relationship management. Caitlin holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Urban Management from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Religious Studies from San Francisco State University. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her dog throughout Oregon.
