Starting out as a construction laborer and apprentice carpenter, Katie fell backwards into energy auditing in the MassSave program. Once accidentally introduced to the world of building science, she hasn't looked back, falling headlong into energy auditing, auditor and sales training, HVAC and HVAC training, home inspecting, and now the wide world of quality assurance. Katie currently spends her time in NJ jumping from weatherization field operations and QA management, to safety coordinating and combustion safety and subcontractor training. Always excited to be part of learning (or teaching!) something new, and looking forward to meeting friends old and new at this year's Home Performance Conference.
