Erika Dominick began her journey with Walker-Miller Energy Services in 2018. She is currently a Senior Manager in the Operations Department and oversees utility-sponsored programs across the Walker-Miller footprint. Erika is responsible for delivering Extraordinary Experiences, while developing and refining processes, scorecards, templates, and standard operating procedures for Industry and Community Development programs. In 2020, Erika co-authored her first published work in the form of a Research Report entitled, “Empowered. Diverse Business Development and Customer Engagement in Energy Efficiency.” Erika is a member of both the Workforce Committee and the Midwest Energy Solutions Conference Advisory Committee for the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, and she participates on the Illinois Commerce Commission’s Income Qualified South Subcommittee on Diverse Contractors. Prior to joining Walker-Miller, Erika was a paralegal for 25+ years in various areas of law, most recently in the law department at Ameren Services Company. Erika is the mother of four adult children ranging from ages 21 to 33. When Erika is not working, you can find her binge watching her favorite TV shows, enjoying live music and/or singing karaoke.
