David Hannah

David Hannah has been in the utility industry for over 20 years, with the last 18 years focused on energy efficiency (EE) programs. He has been involved in the design and delivery of EE Programs for electric utilities. David received his first BPI certification in 2008 and currently holds his certification and assists the Entergy Arkansas Multifamily Homes Program Manager, Greg Pierce, in developing and conducting training courses for program trade allies to obtain their BPI certification. At ICF, David leads a single-family retrofit EE program team and is the Deputy Portfolio Director for Arkansas utility clients. David also consults on the development of EE programs across the nation and serves as the President of the Water and Sewer Commission of his hometown.
