Steven Handler, MD, PhD, CMD is an Associate Professor with tenure at the University of Pittsburgh, with a primary appointment in the Division of Geriatric Medicine, where he is the Co-Director of the Pittsburgh Pepper Center, Director of Geriatric Telemedicine Programs, and the Medical Director of the Healthy Home Lab. Dr. Handler has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles in his primary research areas focusing on medication and patient safety, telemedicine, and quality improvement for older adults.
