Sonia Cruz, Lead Technical Instructor at Earth Forward Group entered the home energy services industry in 2013 as a Home Performance Specialist, leading a team of trained professionals conducting home energy assessments in Connecticut. She has an extensive knowledge of the home performance space and is certified as a BPI Building Analyst Technician, Envelope Professional, Total Building Performance and Healthy Homes Evaluator/Practitioner; a DOE Qualified Assessor; and holds US EPA Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting and OSHA-10 certifications. She is also a certified instructor for BPI Building Science Principles, Healthy Housing Principles, and Urban Green GPRO: Fundamentals of Building Green; and is a BPI Proctor for the Building Analyst - Technician.
