KRIS GRUBE is the Single Family Program Manager for the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) and specializes in the single-family home energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades. Kris is a seasoned leader in equitable clean energy and environmental justice, with over 20 years of experience in program development, project management, and workforce equity. As the PCEF Single Family Program Manager, Kris oversees a $140M initiative delivering energy efficiency upgrades for households living with low-incomes while fostering contractor diversity and economic opportunities for underserved communities. She also oversees PCEF's portfolio of home energy retrofit and net-zero grants. A previously certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) professional and founder of Good Energy Retrofit, a woman-owned energy efficiency firm, Kris has completed several hundred home energy retrofit projects and played a key role in shaping industry policies. With a Master of Social Work from Portland State University, Kris blends technical expertise with a deep commitment to community-driven climate solutions that advance racial and social justice.
