Elena Chrimat is the co-owner of Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation, a full-service residential and light commercial HVAC and home performance company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Since co-founding the company in 2009, Elena has overseen all operations, driven by her passion for helping people, whether that's her employees, her customers or the environment.

Her dedication to the home performance industry was recognized when she was featured in Home Energy Magazine's "Thirty Under 30" issue, and more recently, ACHR's 2024 Top Women in HVAC.

Elena graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Design Management. She has been a BPI Certified Building Analyst Professional since 2009.

She enjoys being active, doing anything outdoors, traveling, music and her dogs.
